On Feb 28， Dongli district signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the China Export ＆ Credit Insurance Corporation （hereinafter referred to as＂SINOSURE＂） Tianjin Branch， aiming to jointly integrate into the construction of the Belt and Road and promote the high－quality development of foreign trade． Jia Di， deputy secretary of the CPC Dongli district Committee and head of Dongli district， Li Xiuping， secretary of the CPC SINOSURE Tianjin Branch committee and general manager of SINOSURE Tianjin Branch， attended the signing ceremony．
